Renovate instead of tearing out floors
The floor remake system makes it possible to renovate and redesign floors in commercial and public areas. The existing floor is renovated and thus does not have to be replaced. During renovation, there is no waste, dirt or noise, as the work involved in tearing out and replacing the floor is eliminated.
1
The initial situation
Heavily used and scratched floors are unsightly and susceptible to dirt and bacteria.
2
Coating the edge areas
After an intensive cleaning and preparation, the floor can be coated with a clear coat or in colour according to your wishes.
3
Coating the entire floor
After the edges, the entire floor surface is coated.
4
On-top coating ensures perfect, long-term protection
Finally, a transparent on-top PU coating is applied to protect the floor.
Many floors – one system
The floor remake system is perfectly adapted to the requirements of many different types of floor coverings, such as rubber, wooden floors or PU floors . This means that every floor can be perfectly renovated and rebuilt. Even structured surfaces such as rubber studs or even conductive floor coverings can be renewed in this way, without tearing out the floors.
Renovation in record time
If you opt for a floor renovation, the old floor will continue to be used and does not have to be torn out and replaced in a time-consuming process. Downtime during renovation is significantly reduced, and renovation is possible in just 1-2 days.
Considerably cheaper than a new installation
When renovating a floor with the Dr. Schutz floor remake system, you not only save time but also a large part of the costs. And: Day-to-day cleaning becomes much easier and cheaper in the long run: the transparent top coat ensures that dirt and germs can be easily removed from the floor, which saves water, electricity and chemicals during cleaning.
Sealing joints – makes cleaning so much easier
By applying a transparent floor coating, floor surfaces and joints are hermetically sealed. This not only ensures that dirt and bacteria can no longer take hold. Stains from food, for example, can also no longer migrate so easily into the floor. This makes cleaning floors time saving and cost-effective.
Your renovated floor is perfectly equipped for all requirements
Our renovation systems and products meet the safety requirements for floors in public buildings. They are slip-resistant (in R9, R10 or R11), fire-classified and even suitable for wet areas. Our floor coatings are also optimally adapted to special requirements, such as in food processing plants.
Make your contribution to protecting the environment
Acting sustainably while saving resources are important as never before. With our renovation system s, we offer sustainable solutions for renewing old floors, while extending their service life. This saves large quantities of non-recyclable waste, as floors are no longer torn out and sent to landfill. With floor remake, renovations of almost every type of floor are entirely carbon neutral when compared to a new floor installation.
avoid waste
Renovate instead of tearing out
For every square metre of torn-out floors more than 3 kg of waste is produced, less than 10% of which can be recycled. By renovating with the Dr. Schutz floor remake system, you make a sustainable contribution to protecting the environment.
carbon neutrality
Reduce carbon dioxide emissions and protect the climate
Compared to replacing a floor, a renovation with the unique Dr. Schutz floor remake system saves over 98% in CO2 emissions. (Source: assessment 2020/06-12227 of the German Institute for Sustainability & Economics). To compensate the remaining 2% of CO2 emission and thus making our floor renovations completely carbon free, we support a regional reforestation project by PLANT MY TREE in Germany.
